Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

We believe strongly in our products, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from us. We have set out this return policy for you!

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

Returns

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. While we hope that you will love your merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full-priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-eligible Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our business address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
